The best way we recommend is to use 3.5MM Jack, most headphones support 3.5mm Audio jack, you can either use it or you can use USB Type-C to connect your headphones with a dongle.

As we have experienced drops in frame rates while gaming so what we can recommend you is to use a 3.5MM-Jack or Type C cable so you don’t face those issues.

We’ve used Sony Bluetooth headphones with Oculus Quest 2 multiple times and we’ve also asked some friends who have been using Bluetooth Headphones with their Quest 2.

All of them have been experiencing syncing issues, latency issues and poor audio quality when they use Bluetooth Headphones.

Seems like Quest 2 is not optimised for Bluetooth headphones. So the only thing that works is using a 3.5mm Jack, if by some means it is not working. You can buy a USB to 3.5mm Adapter that’ll work perfectly for you.
